    Hi,
I was really happy to have found your site. I was wishing to ask you a question.
I bought a weight watchers cookbook that I bought called weight watchers new complete Cookbook (Over 500 delicious recipes for Healthy Cook’s Kitchen) and it indecated (Includes Points Values & Core Plan recipes for weight Watchers weight-loss plans)
It is the copyright of November 21, 2007.

I was wondering the points there are according to the old points plan or the new points plus plan?

Also How can I plan my points plan by myself?
    & where can I find a Core plan ?
    Awaiting your reply.
    Regards.

Hi Val, those point are definitely not for the PointsPlus plan, it just came into existance in December 2010. Those would be for the Momentum plan which is what the majority of the info on this site pertains to.

It’s pretty easy to come up with your own menu of items that you can use on your own. The hardest part is in the beginning, trying to calculate how many points are in everything that you eat. Just make sure to keep a log of everything that you do calculate on your own so that you only have to do it once. It also help to have a kitchen scale for weighing portions of meat, etc. Once you have a variety of items that you like to eat that you know the point values for you can start to plan your days accordingly. I hope this helps get you started

    Thanks for visiting!
