Thank you so much! This is a big help – new to WW and wanted to not have to cancel our dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

  2. Dan says:

No problem Angela, glad you found the site!

  3. Karen says:

My husband loves to eat chinese food. But since I just started WW, I keep telling him I can’t go, because I don’t know how many points the food is. I like to eat shrimp with lobster saucE, and pork fried rice. Do you know how many points that would be. The other 2 dishes I like are pork lo mein, and roast pork mei fun. Do you know how many points those dishes are??

  4. Lou says:

This is a great site! I can plan my dinner before hand and really enjoy it with blowing all my points at one seating. Thank you!

  5. Lou says:

Oops…sorry meant to say without blowing all my points!

  6. Dan says:

Hi Karen, there are a couple of different Asian restaurants listed (Panda Express, SanSai Grill) that you may be able to find similar dishes at. I’m not a big fan of Asian food so I’m afraid that I will be no help. Maybe someone else will reply with what they have found. Sorry I couldn’t be any help but thanks for visiting

  7. Dan says:

Thanks Lou, glad you found the site and good luck with your goals!

  8. Kim says:

I love your site! i have been searching for a site like this for sooooo long and this is just AMAZING! you even have more on here than the ww site!

  9. Dan says:

Thank you Kim! It’s really nice to hear that, glad you finally found the site! 🙂

  10. rebecca says:

thank you for this list it was very helpful 🙂

  11. Nicole says:

Thanks so much for this site. I guess I do not understand how every food item we buy has nutritional info on it…but restaurants can choose to not provide it?!? Doesn’t make alot of sense to me.

  12. Dan says:

Hi Nicole, I feel the same way. Whenever I try contacting a company that does not have info on their website it’s almost always the same response, about how hard it would be because they use all fresh ingredients from many different sources and all of their meals are made fresh to order and may differ slightly and how there are no federal guidelines for them to follow, blah blah blah. Anyway, yeah, I feel the same way 🙂

    Thank u so much!!!!!

  14. Michaela Camara says:

HI! IM 17 YEARS OLD AND WEIGT ABOUT 180 POUNDS I SIGNED UP AT 24 HOUR FITNESS I WAKE UP AT 5 EVERYDAY AND WORKOUT FOR AN HOUR, 4 TIMES A WEEK. I HAVE MY ONE YEAR ANNIVERERY IN APRIL AND JUNIOR PROM IN JUNE I HAV LESS THEN 5 MONTHS TO LOSE WEIGHTS I CHOOSE WEIGHT WATCHERS AND WORKING OUT AS MY 2011 GOAL TO LOSE WEIGHT. TONIGHT WERE HAVING A FAMILY GATHERING AT TEXAS ROADHOUSE I HAVE A TOTAL OF 25 POINTS AND ALL I HAD SO FAR WAS AN APPLE WHICH IS 2 POINTS. UP ABOVE SAYS A BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH IS 20 POINTS BUT I GET MINE WITHOUT TOMATOES AND WITHOUT ONIONS I WANT TO KNOW IF THE 20 POINTS INCLUDES FRIES SINCE THE MEAL COMES WITH FRIES? OR IS IT 20 POINTS FOR THE SANDWICH ITSELF…..

  15. Dan says:

Hi Michaela, the value above is for the sandwich only. The tomatoes and onions will not affect the point value of the sandwich as they are both 0 point items. Don’t forget that you do have 35 weekly points that you can dip into also, though.

If you want to try to lower the point value of the sandwich you could ask for grilled chicken instead of bbq, ask for the bbq sauce on the side and only use a little, or maybe only eat half the bun. Have fun! 🙂

  16. Michaela Camara says:

THANK YOU OK NOW YOU SAID I HAVE 35 WEEKLY POINTS WHATS THAT MEAN? IS THAT MORE POINTS ON TOP OF MY 25 POINTS?

  17. Dan says:

Oh yeah! In addition to your weekly allowance you are also allowed 35 weekly points that can be used pretty much any way that you want. The only rule is that you cannot divide it up evenly giving yourself 5 extra points per day. Many people save them for special occasions like parties, etc and many people don’t use them at all. You don’t have to use them all but the ones you don’t use expire when your week is up…you can not save them for future weeks. Let me know if you have any other questions

  18. Shannon says:

How much of the meal is this based on? Half a quarter?

  19. Dan says:

Hi Shannon. The items above are all listed individually and do not include any other items. This list is a little out of date, though. Texas Roadhouse still does not publish their nutrition info (I hate that) but I will be updating this page soon using info available on other sites.

  20. BRIAN says:

ARE THESE POINTS ACCURATE FOR THE POINTS PLUS PROGRAM?

  21. Karen Lewis says:

What doesn’t make sense is how can the 6oz sirloin have more grams of fat than the 8oz sirloin – 6oz shows 27.6 and 8 oz shows 16????

  22. Dan says:

Brian – at this time the values above are for the old point system. I am currently updating to the new format and will be providing point values for the new and old system. They will be clearly labeled once completed to make sure that there is no confusion.

Karen – you’re right, it doesn’t really make sense. The only thing I can think is maybe the larger portions are leaner cuts of meat. Not really sure, though…

  23. Kim says:

    Hello,
On the BBQ chicken breast, is that a whole breast of half? Thanks you so much for any info!!

  24. Dan says:

Hi Kim, usually if no portion size is specified you can assume that it is for a whole portion as served at the restaurant. If they have a couple of different sizes available and there’s only one shown then I would assume this is the larger one since it is 11 points. Hope this helps
