Here are a few things that my wife keeps in the house:
Progresso Light Soup – 0 pts/serving
Hostess 100 Cal Snack Cakes – 1 pt for 3
Thomas’ Light Multi-Grain Muffins – 1 pt
Aunt Millies Light Whole Grain Bread – 1 pt for 2 slices
Fiber One Bar – 2 pts each
Lays Light Potatoe Chips – 1 pt for about 20 chips
Kraft Fat Free American Cheese – 1 pt per slice

My wife has lost nearly 50 lbs doing WW.
