5'5" and 150lbs...Oh honey, if you lose 50lbs you are goin to look like a skeleton.that is waaaaay to thin for your height. Please don't so that. I see that you signed by "I Love My Boyfriend". I hope that is not your motivation for your weight loss. Go to WW,Fitness magazine, or Shape magazine on line and check their body weight chart. Better yet, BMI (Body Mass Index). You should not be below 126lb or a BMI of 18. If you get down to 100 lbs, your body will shut down and you will probably have heart failure, kidney problems, and end up losing the boyfriend you say you love. Weight watchers would really help you achieve that healthy weight. I would hope that your parents would not let encourage you to be 100lbs. I am in my 30's and 5'6". I was 140 lbs and it was perfect for me. I have gained about 20, but losing it now. Even my boyfriend (who looks like he's Charlie Sheen's brother) didn't want me any thinner than 140. At that weight I was athletic and had more energy than ever. Please reconsider you 50lb weight loss. I'm not an old lady or anything, I just think you will not be happy or healthy. Set small goals and re-evaluate how you feel everytime you reach that goal. More is not always better.
