Hi,

Thanks for Putting this list together. it's really helpful! i just started weight watchers recently and it's great to be able to just hop online and find points instead of having to go around to every restaurant to find nutritional info. Thanks for your hard work!!

Hey Bailey, welcome to the site. There are a few different types available but in general they are 3 points for the small, 4 for the medium and 6 for the large. I hope to be updating the info above for McDonalds soon to include all of the McCafe items. Hopefully this helps...

Do you know how many points the iced coffee is? I enjoy a medium vanilla iced coffee once a week... but I know it is BAD!

Hi Michellery! Yes, the listings for the burgers is for the standard way that they are served unless it is noted otherwise. Depending on the burger it may not affect the points very much unless there are special sauces or mayo that come standard.

You're very welcome. Yeah, I usually find myself trying to sneak in as much food as I can for my points. That probably explains the plateau that I seem to have reached...you've got the right attitude, though. Good luck with your goals!

Yes, that does include the tortilla strips. I just checked their site and removing the strips drops the calories by 35 but the points still stay 2. Almost worth leaving them on there...lol

Hey Dan,
Me again. Does the point total for the McDonald's Southwest Salad without chicken, include the tortilla strips that come in the salad? I order mine without the strips. Thanks again Dan!
