    Hi Christine, according to Subways nutrition information, the cheese info shown above is for the amount on a 6″ sub. I think that is 2 slices but I’m not positive.

    Wait.. wait.. so a footlong turkey breast is 10 points, and then I count the bread with it? so that’s another 10 points? Eeks! My heart slowly dropped..

    Not sure what you’re looking at Rony, the 4th table down from the top is the one with the info for the footlong turkey. It is 11 points including all of the following: wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, pickles and olives

    If you use a different type of bread then subtract the points for the wheat bread and add the points for the other bread. Don’t forget to add points for cheese and dressing, also. But still, 11 points for all of the above is not bad

    A 6-inch sub has 2 triangles which equal 1 slice of cheese.

    Ah, good catch Angie, you are correct. It actually is only one slice (2 halves) that they use on the 6 inch subs…

    So they came out with a low-fat bbq buffalo sandwich.You would think by swapping the roll for a flatbread it would be less points? NO! Be careful out there…..

    That’s so true, Sue. Seems everyone has it in their heads that the flatbreads and wraps are always the healthier choice but it seems that is not the case in most instances. Thanks for sharing!
