It&#039;s always best to mix it up with a little variety but I seem to prefer the safety of the same boring old things day after day. Just remember that you can eat pretty much anything you want, just control your portion sizes so that the point value is managable with your daily allowance.</description>

I would go with the 4 points just to be safe. I see you already found the link for the forums so we hope to hear from you soon :-)</description>
