Thanks for the link Stephanie! I still need to finish up Starbuck’s menu and then Olive Garden will be next on the list. Thanks for stopping by…

Dan,
You’re wonderful and your site is tremendous. You have made it so much easier for me to stay on program and eat out at restaurants (I travel for work). I’ve lost 19 lbs in 10 weeks.
Thanks again.
Stephanie

Aw shucks…now you’ve got me blushing! Congrats on the 19 lbs!! That is awesome, keep up the good work!
September 21, 2009
Thank you for making this page. It is so much easier when you know the points and you can work ahead of time to figure out what you will eat to stay on track. I swear by weight watchers and I hope when I go to Germany soon I can find a place there to keep on track as well. I am soo in trouble in Germany in terms of foods, I have not been home in 17 years and likely want to eat everything I have not had in a long time.

Hi Susanne! Thanks for the kind comments and good luck in your travels.
October 20, 2009
I couldn’t find many of these anywhere else. Thank you!
October 21, 2009
Thanks for stopping by, Cindy. I try to add a couple of new things every week so check back often!
October 23, 2009
Thank you for posting this! Its very useful!
I am going to OG tomorrow and I am wondering…is the stuffed chicken marsala including the mashed potatoes or would I need to add more points?
Thank you!
Yani
October 24, 2009
Hi Yani! I double checked OG’s nutrition info and there is no mention of mashed potatoes or other sides anywhere that I could find. I would assume that the 18 for the stuffed chicken marsala are just for the chicken.
October 26, 2009
thank you Dan! well I ate the Lasagna on the Tour of Italy and a Toscana Soup…and used some of the extra points, but its ok, I am doing ok
Thank you Dan!
January 10, 2010
I’m a big fan of the Chicken Giardino, but the OG that is near my apartment recently stopped making it. I’ve tried a few of the healthy items on the menu but not really a fan of any of them. I’m trying to figure out the point values of some of the dishes with a whole wheat spaghetti as a substitute..like Chicken Scampi? Maybe you could help.
Thanks!
Chloe
January 14, 2010
Very Helpful! This was the only restaurant that I couldnt find in the book that I really needed to know. Thanks!
January 14, 2010
Thanks for visiting Jeanne!
February 23, 2010
Thanks for this list! This made it a lot easier to eat out and what a surprise that my favorite Soup (Pasta Fagioli) was not as bad as I thougth?? Great site, much appreciated!
Jeannette
February 23, 2010
Your welcome, Jeannette, and thanks for the great comment. My son’s birthday is this Thursday and he wants to go to Olive Garden. I’m not so lucky with the low point favorites…gonna be a bad weigh in. LOL
April 8, 2010
Thank you for this site! I joined WW about 3 months ago and my 11 year old daughter’s favorite restaurant is Olive Garden (of course, I like it too!). Now I can count my points and relax! By the way, what points is your low-fat Italian dressing? Thanks again!
April 23, 2010
Could you try and get the weight watchers points for Firehouse Subs and Cook Out?
April 23, 2010
Hi Cindy, never heard of them but I will see if I can find any information. Back in a bit…
April 23, 2010
I found the nutrition info for Firehouse Subs and have added it to my list of restaurants to do. Expect to see it on the site the middle of next week or so. Thanks for visiting and thanks for the suggestion!
April 23, 2010
Cook Out does not have any info available on the web, and actually does not even have an ‘official’ website. The only site that I could find was an unofficial fan site that lists the menu items and a couple of locations. No nutrition info…sorry
June 13, 2010
Just an FYI; I had the Berries & Zabaione tonight for dessert at Olive Garden. It was a delicious combo of blueberries and strawberries and, the best part, only 4 points!
June 14, 2010
Thanks Nicky, that’s great to know!
June 17, 2010
I just came across your site and it is awesome! I just sent links to several of my friends. Do you happen to see anywhere on the OG website where it defines a serving of salad? Is the whole bowl concidered one serving? I couldn’t find any information to clarify. And do they list any information for just the dressing alone? Again, I couldn’t find it. Maybe I should just plan to pack my own, but theirs is SO tasty! Thanks again for the great work! It is much appreciated!
June 17, 2010
Hi Bobbie, welcome to the site! I run into that with allot of different restaurants where it says ‘one serving’ but they don’t really specify what a serving is. For the salads, I think one salad is supposed to serve four people so 1/4th of the salad is what I would consider to be a serving. Hope this helps and thanks for visiting (and spreading the word!)
June 28, 2010
Hi, there, Dan! What a great site! I just joined W.W. this past Sunday.
I ate at the Olive Garden Sunday night. I got the Shrimp Primavera which I love, but I have a question – when the dinner portion is 15 points, does that mean it’s 15 points for the ENTIRE dinner portion?? Or is that 15 points for a cup or for some other amount? I am just trying to figure out the W.W. program and this website is AWESOME!! I have bookmarked it and will return again and again, I am sure!
June 29, 2010
Hi Ann, welcome to the site. Sometimes it gets a little confusing trying to read the nutrition info from the restaurants, but generally, unless there are specific things listed that are not included the point value shown is for the entire entree. Sometime you will see under the title where it says something like ‘Does not include bread’, then you would have to look for the bread listed seperately. Hope this helps clear it up a little and thanks for visiting!!
June 29, 2010
Thanks, Dan! Bonus as I’ve had 3 meals off that 1 dish and I still have some left over. LOL. I am feeling full, which is a good thing. I’m hoping feeling full on less fattening things will equal weight loss.
Thanks for this site – I will be checking back often!
June 30, 2010
No problem, Ann. Thanks for visiting and thanks for the kind words about the site
July 14, 2010
Awesome! Thank you so much for taking the time to calculate this information – I was bummed to see it wasn’t in the ‘Dining Out Companion Guide,’ its very helpful to look at the whole menu this way as well!
July 15, 2010
Thanks for visiting Amy, and thanks for the great comment! Hope you found what you were looking for!
July 16, 2010
For the salad it says 1 serving with dressing is 9 points. How much is the serving size?
July 16, 2010
Sorry, had not gotton thru all the posts yet and see you already answered that question. Thank you.
July 16, 2010
No problem Teresa! Thanks for visiting!
August 28, 2010
What a site! Thanks so much for investing in so much energy to help keep all of us losers on track! Your awesome and this site is amazing.
August 30, 2010
LOL, you’re welcome Nikki, thanks for stopping in and taking the time to leave a comment!
February 9, 2011
I was wondering if you can tell me how many calories are in a grilled chicken caesar salad WITHOUT the dressing? It seems like they give you a lot of dressing and the rest doesn’t seem to unhealthy. I’m guessing the dressing accounts for at least 300 calories. Does that sound about right?
February 9, 2011
Hi Matt, no info on OG’s site about the dressing but I was looking at the info for Boudin Cafe and for 2 oz of dressing on the chicken caesar it is 240 calories and 26 fat for 7 points total. Not sure if OG uses more than 2 oz but that should be pretty close. Hope this helps
February 11, 2011
Thanks Dan, it looked like it was at least a half a cup they had in the little cup they brought it in. so probably close to 500 calories worth of dressing. Good thing I asked for it on the side!
March 11, 2011
Hi Dan!!
Great job on the website. 3 questions, (maybe I am just blind) but I cannot locate the soups anywhere on here.
Also, and this is off the subject of the Olive Garden, but can you tell me the points value for just a boneless skinless chicken breast baked in the oven, and for homemade Hummus???
thank you ever so much, keep up the good work.
Day 3 down 2 pounds! =)
March 15, 2011
Thanks Whitney
The soups weren’t available the last time I updated OG’s menu but I believe they are now. I am updating all of the restaurants but it will take some time
Boneless chicken breast = 4 points for about the size of your palm
Found homemade style hummis on Bok Bok Fresh’s menu for 2 points but I’m not sure how big the serving is
Hope this helps and keep up the good work!
