    Sorry Jodi, right clicking was disabled to try to protect my content from being copied. There were sites that were simply copying and pasting my material onto their sites and calling all of my hard work their own…disabling right clicking was my the only thing I could do to try to make life a little more difficult for them.     Hi Naomi, thanks for visiting. My normal breakfast consists of either low sugar instant oatmeal or a high fiber breakfast bar (like a fiber one), but I occaisionally just have some fresh fruit or a whole grain english muffin. Hope this helps 🙂
