This morning my wife asked her meeting leader and her response was that in the book that you purchase from weight watchers (Complete food companion) they have the point listings for the meats raw and cooked. My wife asked if there was a formula that could be used to figure out the points and she was told &quot;no...just look it up in the book&quot;. Sorry :-(</description>

The info above was taken from The Biggest Losers Complete Calorie Counter and it seems the majority of their meat listings were for raw meat. I suppose you could ask the same for grilling meat, where the fat drips through the grate into the fire. I will consult my WW materials when I get home and see if I can find a real answer for you.
