This is a really extensive list but is missing the deli sandwhiches, I’ve just had a chilli chicken one and need to calculate points.
Hi D. The list above is based on the U.S. menu which does not have a deli selection. The info that I found on the U.K. site for McDonalds puts the chilli chicken one at 12 points (570 cal, 19 fat, 5 fiber).
Eventually I hope to expand my listings, but I’m trying to get up as many U.S. choices as I can find before moving on. Thanks for visiting!

So, when you are on weight watchers you CAN eat McDonald’s?
Hi Zach. Weight Watchers doesn’t really restrict what you eat, just how much you eat. Although they do stress healthy eating, if you find yourself in a situation where McDonald’s is your only option, as long as you know how many points are in what you are eating you can plan your day around it and not have any problems.
Keep in mind that it is all about how many points you eat in a day. The items at McDonald’s tend to be on the higher end of point values, which means that the rest of the day you will have fewer points available leaving you possibly feeling hungry and opening the doorway to cheating.
Hey Dan! I need a little help with something…I had the Premium Crispy Club (so not worth it), but I only had the chicken, cheese, and 1/2 the bun. Any idea how that affected the points value?
Hey Jen, sorry it took so long to get back with you. Here is what I could find:
Crispy Chicken Fillet: 230 cal/13 fat/0 fiber = 6 points
Whole Bun: 240 cal/2.5 fat/3 fiber = 4 points
Cheese: 60 cal/4 fat/0 fiber = 2 points
That comes up to 12 points with the entire bun. I guess if you assume that half the bun is half the points then you would have a total of 10 points. Hope that helps!

Hi Susan, in the near future I hope to offer values for both plans but at the moment I only offer the POINT values for the old plan and provide the info needed for people to calculate points plus values on their own.
