Hey Colonel Joe, Paneras nutrition page does not specify whether it includes the dressing or not. I would assume that since they provide seperate info for the dressing that it is not included. Better safe than sorry. Hope this helps

yes, the points include the dressing. I was on paneras’ web page and when you look under the nut. facts, the ingredients include the dressings
