At the Blackboard Bistro, we use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients, and of course, there are no preservatives. For example, we feature fresh ground Kona coffee and fresh squeezed juices, and our soups and salad dressings are made fresh from scratch every day. We have four different flavors of homemade preserves, made with a minimum of sugar, and we serve the freshest meats and turkey, as well as Gardenburgers and other vegetarian choices.
