In addition, Asia Restaurant offers real Chinatown style cuisine, a favorite of many local Chinese customers. Executive Chef Alex truly enjoys cooking. For him, its not only his profession but also a passion. In fact, almost every entrée at Asia Restaurant is personally cooked by Alex himself to guarantee consistently high-quality, delicious entrées. The owner is in the dining room most of the time, and if guests have personal requests or special dietary concerns, she is available to offer suggestions, whether from the menu or an entirely new creation.
