Beijing Garden serves mostly Americanized Chinese cuisine with influences from Hunan, Sichuan, and Cantonese culture. Overall, the food at Beijing Gardens is all prepared healthfully, with little oil, salt, sugar, and no MSG. Customers can also have their food steamed or with the sauce on the side upon request. Mrs. Lin assures customers that no matter what they are requesting, her restaurant will gladly cater to them.
