How many calories and fat is there in the wild blueberry muffin (that is absolutely delicious) and the low-fat vanilla yogurt with granola, etc. and the cider drink? Do you have a site to check these items. Thank you.

Hi Dee, I sometimes use livestrong.com for hard to find items but I think the info is all user submitted so I don’t know how trustworthy it is. I checked them out for the items you listed and they don’t have info for any of it. Sorry I could not be of more assistance
Thanks for visiting!

Do you happen to know what the points plus are for the new multigrain pancakes at Cracker Barrel? They’re delicious!
June 20, 2011
Hi Dawn, Cracker Barrel does not have nutrition info on their site but I found two different sites that did have info for their pancakes. There was no listing for a multi grain pancake, only a buttermilk pancake or one that was simply listed as “pancake”. The buttermilks work out to 4 points each while the other one comes out to 2 points each. I hope this helps you some. Thanks for visiting
