It’s a Japanese hibachi styled eatery, complete with imported Japanese grill, accompanying dishes served with showmanship, and a Chinese American buffet. Take your pick. If you don’t know what you’re in the mood for when you arrive, you soon will. If you’re in a fun-loving mood, choose the hibachi dinner. If you’re in the mood to eat all you can or have a craving for some Szechwan or Cantonese, then choose the buffet. Eleven buffet bars regularly rotate hundreds of picks. Customers can choose from Rib-eye Steak, Salmon, Crab, Black Pepper or Butter Shrimp, General Tso’s Chicken and Sushi. Add to that a salad bar of dizzying variety, cheese, fruit platters and desserts.
