The atmosphere is comfortable and the service is fast and friendly. The restaurant was established in January 2005, and provides take-out service. According to the owner, Ms. Chen, take-out orders are always filled in ten minutes or less. Customers on-the-go can trust that Hot Wok restaurant will never hold them up. The top selling dishes are General Tso’s Chicken and Sesame Chicken. The dishes represent the time-honored Chinese culinary art. All the dishes on the menu are delicious, and according to Ms. Chen, each ingredient is guaranteed fresh and of high quality. Chen is currently in the process of reducing the sugar and salt content throughout her menu with her customers’ health in mind.
