my friend wants to know because her brother keeps insulting her on her Weight, and would you tell me how to find out to?

Below is a link to a height and weight chart. Though based on adults, I think it would be fair to say that for that height range for her age she is probably right where she should be. Tell her to stop fretting so much about her weight and get out and enjoy her youth before it slips away!!!
