    This was SO helpful. Weight Watchers does not have any information at all about Pot Belly sandwiches or salads.

    do you look up the sandwich then add the points from the bread too. so for example a TKY is 5 points and bread is 4 so is the sandwich 9 points, or is it 5?

    HI Emily, sorry it took so long to respond. We squeezed in one last camping trip before the kids go back to school.

    The points shown for the TKY include the points for the multi grain wheat bread and meat, but no additional toppings. Any toppings would have to be added seperately but the bread is included. Below is a link to Potbelly’s nutrition info that may help clear things up…
