Help with my weight watchers!?
Help with my weight watchers!? by Beanta
I am losing motivation. I’m on weightwatchers and eating is getting harder and harder now that I am back at college. Is there any low point snacks I can eat and prepare quickly that stave off hunger?

The ultimate goal of WW is to teach you how to make responsible choices when it comes time to eat. Now that you are back in school is the perfect time to put it to the test. I’m not sure how long you have been doing WW or how successful you have been, but all that hard work will be out the window in a matter of a few weeks if you quit now.
Here are some tips that may help (most I’m sure you’ve heard before):
1. Drink lots of water
2. Eat smaller meals more often throughout the day
3. Eat something every 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going
4. Find some 0, 1 & 2 point snacks to help keep you satisfied. These include fruits, veggies, fat/sugar free Jell-o & gelatin’s, 100 calorie packs of assorted snacks.
Another trick you could use is try carrying around a Fiber One bar (2 points). They are very filling (eat with a lot of water) and can be used as a meal or to help fill you up before eating somewhere that you are afraid that you may go overboard. And don’t forget that you are allowed the 35 bonus points each week, just try not to over do it. Even doing a slightly modified version of WW is better than giving up completely. Good luck!

Askers Comments: I’ve been doing WW for five weeks and it has been the most wonderful diet except that now I am back at school, I am finding it hard to keep up with my points. I have no intentions of giving up, though. WW has been too great to just abandon. Thanks for your support. (fiberone=good)
