when im 14 and 150 pounds and have a trip in july and im the only fat one please help?

At 14 you really don’t need to diet to lose weight. You know what the right foods are (fruits, vegetables, lean meats)…you know what the right quantities are (smaller portions, more frequently throughout the day)…you know what foods to avoid (fast food, breads, sugary snacks, etc)…you know that you need to exercise (get on that bike and ride til the wheels fall off). Your metabolism will do the rest. Good luck!!
