Found the above. the link should take you to the nutrition info for olive garden (from their website). I have not reviewed the listing to see if it is inclusive of all products.

thanks for all that you have posted.
    Stephanie

  2. Dan says:

Thanks for the link Stephanie! I still need to finish up Starbuck’s menu and then Olive Garden will be next on the list. Thanks for stopping by…

  3. Stephanie ONeil says:

    Dan,
You’re wonderful and your site is tremendous. You have made it so much easier for me to stay on program and eat out at restaurants (I travel for work). I’ve lost 19 lbs in 10 weeks.

    Thanks again.
    Stephanie

  4. Dan says:

Aw shucks…now you’ve got me blushing! Congrats on the 19 lbs!! That is awesome, keep up the good work!

  5. Susanne says:

Thank you for making this page. It is so much easier when you know the points and you can work ahead of time to figure out what you will eat to stay on track. I swear by weight watchers and I hope when I go to Germany soon I can find a place there to keep on track as well. I am soo in trouble in Germany in terms of foods, I have not been home in 17 years and likely want to eat everything I have not had in a long time.

  6. Dan says:

Hi Susanne! Thanks for the kind comments and good luck in your travels.

  7. cindy says:

I couldn’t find many of these anywhere else. Thank you!

  8. Dan says:

Thanks for stopping by, Cindy. I try to add a couple of new things every week so check back often!

  9. Yani says:

Thank you for posting this! Its very useful!
I am going to OG tomorrow and I am wondering…is the stuffed chicken marsala including the mashed potatoes or would I need to add more points?
    Thank you!
    Yani

  10. Dan says:

Hi Yani! I double checked OG’s nutrition info and there is no mention of mashed potatoes or other sides anywhere that I could find. I would assume that the 18 for the stuffed chicken marsala are just for the chicken.

  11. Yani says:

thank you Dan! well I ate the Lasagna on the Tour of Italy and a Toscana Soup…and used some of the extra points, but its ok, I am doing ok 🙂
    Thank you Dan! 🙂

  12. Chloe says:

I’m a big fan of the Chicken Giardino, but the OG that is near my apartment recently stopped making it. I’ve tried a few of the healthy items on the menu but not really a fan of any of them. I’m trying to figure out the point values of some of the dishes with a whole wheat spaghetti as a substitute..like Chicken Scampi? Maybe you could help.

    Thanks!

    Chloe

  13. Jeanne says:

Very Helpful! This was the only restaurant that I couldnt find in the book that I really needed to know. Thanks!

  14. Dan says:

    Thanks for visiting Jeanne! 🙂

  15. Jeannette says:

Thanks for this list! This made it a lot easier to eat out and what a surprise that my favorite Soup (Pasta Fagioli) was not as bad as I thougth?? Great site, much appreciated!

    Jeannette

  16. Dan says:

Your welcome, Jeannette, and thanks for the great comment. My son’s birthday is this Thursday and he wants to go to Olive Garden. I’m not so lucky with the low point favorites…gonna be a bad weigh in. LOL

  17. Cheryl says:

Thank you for this site! I joined WW about 3 months ago and my 11 year old daughter’s favorite restaurant is Olive Garden (of course, I like it too!). Now I can count my points and relax! By the way, what points is your low-fat Italian dressing? Thanks again!

  18. Cindy says:

Could you try and get the weight watchers points for Firehouse Subs and Cook Out?

  19. Dan says:

Hi Cindy, never heard of them but I will see if I can find any information. Back in a bit…

  20. Dan says:

I found the nutrition info for Firehouse Subs and have added it to my list of restaurants to do. Expect to see it on the site the middle of next week or so. Thanks for visiting and thanks for the suggestion!

  21. Dan says:

Cook Out does not have any info available on the web, and actually does not even have an ‘official’ website. The only site that I could find was an unofficial fan site that lists the menu items and a couple of locations. No nutrition info…sorry

  22. Nicky says:

Just an FYI; I had the Berries & Zabaione tonight for dessert at Olive Garden. It was a delicious combo of blueberries and strawberries and, the best part, only 4 points!

  23. Dan says:

Thanks Nicky, that’s great to know!

  24. Bobbie says:

I just came across your site and it is awesome! I just sent links to several of my friends. Do you happen to see anywhere on the OG website where it defines a serving of salad? Is the whole bowl concidered one serving? I couldn’t find any information to clarify. And do they list any information for just the dressing alone? Again, I couldn’t find it. Maybe I should just plan to pack my own, but theirs is SO tasty! Thanks again for the great work! It is much appreciated!

  25. Dan says:

Hi Bobbie, welcome to the site! I run into that with allot of different restaurants where it says ‘one serving’ but they don’t really specify what a serving is. For the salads, I think one salad is supposed to serve four people so 1/4th of the salad is what I would consider to be a serving. Hope this helps and thanks for visiting (and spreading the word!) 🙂
