Hi Dan, very helpful site.
I drink a lot of milk, but couldn’t find the points anywhere. I assumed it would be in dairy?
Do you know the points for a glass of skimmed and semi-skimmed milk?
Thanks, keep up the great work!
February 24, 2010
Hi Sophia, thanks for the compliment. The milk listings are actually under the beverage category. Fat-free is 2 points/cup and low-fat is 3 points/cup

I cannot figure how many points 1 Tbsp of white sugar would have. I see 1 tsp, will it be different with 1 Tbsp? Also, non dairy hazelnut coffee creamer.
I’m so guilty with my morning coffee:}

Thank you for this site. I just started weight watchers on my own and I have used this site more than any other in the short time I’ve been doing this. I even pulled it up on my phone the other day while at Red Lobster so I could decide on what I wanted to spend my points on. Thanks so much!!

Hello, what do you do when it comes to fair food? My husband wants to go to the fair this weekend, and he will want to have food there. How do I stay within range of points and still enjoy some fair food?
thanks,
Bonnie
July 30, 2010
hey bonnie, good question. I need to come up with a page dedicated to fair items. Here is a list that may help you in the mean time:
Corn Dog – 11
Candy/Caramel Apple – 6
Homemade Taffy – 9.5
Roasted/Salted Peanutes, 1/2 cup – 12.5
Beef Dog w/Bun – 6.5
Deluxe Hamburger – 12.5
Funnel Cake, 1 piece, 6″ – 7
Soft Pretzel, 1 medium – 4
French Fries, Large – 11
Popcorn, 4 cups – 5.5
Ice Cream Cone, 1 drumstick – 6
To help lower the temptation to over indulge be sure to eat something healthy and filling before going and drink lots of water. To lower the impact of anything that you do get, try sharing! Good luck!

Found a GREAT new cereal to put on your site. Check out Kellogg’s FiberPlus Antioxidants -Cinnamon Oat Crunch. If you like cinnamon you will LOVE this one. I haven’t tried the berry one yet. -PJ

Hi there
I am new to your site and just wanted to say how wonderful it is that this info is available for free! I am starting my diet today and going through my menu plan for tomorrows roast dinner and wondered where I might be able to find the points value for a yorkshire pudding?
thanks
sue
January 10, 2011
Hey sue, sorry it took so long to get back with ya. I did a search for nutrition info for the yorkshire pudding and there is a lot of different info available for different variations. It looks like it is going to be 2 points for a muffin tin size serving. Sorry again…thanks for visiting!
January 12, 2011
Hi Dan
No worries – thanks for that info.
Regards
Sue

Hi, I don’t usually post on these things, but I came across this and have been really going through the sections… This is FABULOUS… I’m not sure why you do this (meant nicely) but you are to be commended! This is great information and hope to learn more and maybe have questions
I started in 2006 on the core, lost about 70 pounds and have gained 30 back. I look forward to trying the OLD point system and well I just wanted to say thank you!
January 31, 2011
Hi Celisa, thanks for visiting and for the awesome comment. That’s the kind of stuff that keeps me going!
Congrats on your past success and best wishes with your new goals.
March 4, 2011
Hello. GREAT WEB SITE Are the food items for the old or new ww points?
March 6, 2011
Hello Gladys, thanks for the compliment. At this point nearly everything is still set up for the old plan but I am working on updating it. It will be a long, slow process, but will show the information for both plans when completed. Thanks for visiting!
March 17, 2011

March 18, 2011
Hi, I am wanting to start following weight watchers at home but am a strict vegetarian (no chicken, fish, beef or pork). Any chance you will be adding the points for more soy based products/meals??? Or should I just use the calculator for the products I eat??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
March 18, 2011
Hi Kelly, thanks for visiting.
I am totally open to adding info for any types of products. My only issue is finding a reliable source of nutrition information for the items so as to not post inaccurate info.
All of the items on the pages linked above were taken from “The Biggest Losers Complete Calorie Counter”. I will keep an eye open for a book that may cover the info for more items for the vegan lifestyle. If you know of any good ones let me know. Thanks for the suggestion!
March 29, 2011
Hi, just wanted to tell you how much I love this site !! It’s so convenient and in two weeks I have lost 10 pounds and 10 inches using your point system !! Thanks so much
March 30, 2011
Great job, Jessica! Keep up the good work and thanks for using the site!
April 3, 2011
Hi Dan,
This really is a fabulous website………….wondering if there’s a chance you might be working on a PDF printable format for the points???
Thanks!
Phil
April 3, 2011
Hey Phil, thanks for visiting and for the comment. At this point I have no plans for a PDF version, mostly because I am so far behind in updating the site to include the info for the new PointsPlus plan and can’t really afford the time it would take to investigate how to go about doing something like that.
Once I’m all caught up and have some free time I will definitely look into some form of printable/downloadable content. Thanks for the suggestion!
April 4, 2011
Hi, sorry to keep bugging you. I was wondering how you calculate the food points in homemade food? I cook food at home every night, I sometimes have a recipe out of a book sometimes not. How do I figure out how many points I’m taking in at supper? Is there a website that can be used for this?
Thanks again,
Bonnie
April 7, 2011
Hey Bonnie, here is a link for a site that has a recipe analyzer. It doesn’t give you the WW points but it does give the nutrition info that you can use in a calculator. Hope this helps…
April 12, 2011
Just had to say that after a week eating more carefully via the points system, my stomach is smaller. Haven’t stepped on the scale and thinking I just won’t. I cannot tell you how many times I came to your website last week but I got ALL the information I needed. You are a favorite on my phone as well and I jump on numerous times a day. THANK YOU SO MUCH for having this available. Have already forwarded on to a few friends as well!!!
April 13, 2011
Thanks for the awesome comment, Ellen, and thanks for spreading the word!
Nothing wrong with avoiding the scale, it doesn’t usually tell the whole story anyway. Best wishes sent your way
April 14, 2011
Thanks so much for the invaluable site, it has been a lifesaver over the past few weeks!!
Keep up the fab work
April 15, 2011
Thanks Hel, I’ll try
April 27, 2011
Hello Dan! I just found this site (at the suggestion of some WW buddies of mine) and I love it! I’m following the old Momentum Program and this is SO helpful! Thank you so much!
April 28, 2011
Hi Sandy, welcome aboard and best wishes! Let us know how you are doing from time to time
May 22, 2011
Hi Dan, So happy I came across your site! I think it is so awesome and helpful. I was recently going to join weight watchers through an incentive program at work, however after doing some research there are a lot of people there are past members that are not liking the new points plus system and have said that they are actually gaining weight and they will be going back to the old points system which is guaranteed to work. Have you heard anything of this! I think you should keep your site as the old points so people will have somewhere to go back to!
June 1, 2011
Hey Tammy, so sorry about the delay in getting back with you. I have heard many of the same stories about people struggling with the PointsPlus plan. I’ve even seen a few on the weightwatchers forum discussing their difficulties. I definitely plan on keep the old point info around.
Thanks for visiting and again, sorry about taking so long to get back with ya
June 16, 2011
Hi Dan
I am getting married in April 2012 and have heard so many people loosing weight with the WW programmes that I was a little annoyed as I just can not afford to register with it when I am saving for our wedding!
I am now very excited to have found this website to give it a go! I have also asked my hubby to be to calcualate his point allowance so that we can both get started on this and hopefully I will be the perfect weight for my wedding
Thank you so much for taking the time to do this website for people like me that just can not afford to sign up to all the officail things! Will keep you posted on how I get on!
June 16, 2011
Hi Louise, I’m glad you found the site!
It will definitely make life easier if you and your future hubby are both doing the program, you can help keep each other honest and motivated. You have a lot of time before the wedding and should be able to achieve some amazing results if you guys stick with it.
Best wishes and definitely keep us posted
