Over the next few weeks I will be adding Weight Watchers POINT® information for thousands of items using the nutrition values in ‘The Biggest Loser Complete Calorie Counter’,with calorie counts for over 5,000 different food items. The POINT® values are calculated using the information contained in the book and are accurate as of its publishing date.

Hi Dan, very helpful site.
I drink a lot of milk, but couldn’t find the points anywhere. I assumed it would be in dairy?
Do you know the points for a glass of skimmed and semi-skimmed milk?
Thanks, keep up the great work!

Hi Sophia, thanks for the compliment. The milk listings are actually under the beverage category. Fat-free is 2 points/cup and low-fat is 3 points/cup

I cannot figure how many points 1 Tbsp of white sugar would have. I see 1 tsp, will it be different with 1 Tbsp? Also, non dairy hazelnut coffee creamer.
I’m so guilty with my morning coffee:}

Thank you for this site. I just started weight watchers on my own and I have used this site more than any other in the short time I’ve been doing this. I even pulled it up on my phone the other day while at Red Lobster so I could decide on what I wanted to spend my points on. Thanks so much!!

Hello, what do you do when it comes to fair food? My husband wants to go to the fair this weekend, and he will want to have food there. How do I stay within range of points and still enjoy some fair food?
thanks,
Bonnie
July 30, 2010
hey bonnie, good question. I need to come up with a page dedicated to fair items. Here is a list that may help you in the mean time:
Corn Dog – 11
Candy/Caramel Apple – 6
Homemade Taffy – 9.5
Roasted/Salted Peanutes, 1/2 cup – 12.5
Beef Dog w/Bun – 6.5
Deluxe Hamburger – 12.5
Funnel Cake, 1 piece, 6″ – 7
Soft Pretzel, 1 medium – 4
French Fries, Large – 11
Popcorn, 4 cups – 5.5
Ice Cream Cone, 1 drumstick – 6
To help lower the temptation to over indulge be sure to eat something healthy and filling before going and drink lots of water. To lower the impact of anything that you do get, try sharing! Good luck!
